FAQ
Health access was denied or a metric is empty
In the iOS Settings app, open Health → Data Access & Devices → Healthspool and turn on the types you want. In the app, Settings lists Heart & HRV, Activity & Workouts, Sleep, and Body & Vitals. Body & Vitals starts off. The app only reads. It cannot fill Apple Health for you.
The export button says the range is too long
Free includes the last 7 days. The 30-day preset, and any custom range that starts earlier or runs longer than 7 days, needs Pro. Sleep analysis and Training load also need Pro.
An automation did not send
Automations are part of Pro (Cloud includes Pro). The URL must be https, unless it is localhost, a name ending in .local, loopback, a private LAN address, or link-local 169.254.0.0/16. Redirects are not followed. Open the delivery log on the Automations tab. A retry means Healthspool will try again. iOS chooses when background work runs, so the clock time is not guaranteed. Sample automations on the screen are examples and are never sent.
Where is the file export?
In the app’s documents folder on the iPhone. The filename starts with the prefix you set. iCloud Drive is not used. This version does not enable file sharing, so the Files app does not show the folder. The screen label still says “On this iPhone · Files”.
Restore purchases
Open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought Pro or Cloud. Family Sharing follows Apple’s rules for the products marked shareable.
Cancel Cloud
Cloud is US$3.99 per month in the US catalog and renews until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Use Manage subscription in the app, or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. The hosted endpoint is not live yet. See the terms.
The Agents screen looks connected
It is a preview. The status says coming soon. The MCP address and API key are placeholders and cannot call a server. The email you save there stays on the iPhone. The website waitlist is separate, and its form is not connected until the Formspree placeholder is replaced.
Sample data
Settings includes Show sample data. It fills Today and Copy with an example week so you can see the layout. Sample automations appear only when you have none of your own, and they are never sent. Exports from sample data are marked.
